ABOUT

Texas Chicken could be said to have been founded in 1952. But the truth is, Texas Chicken starts every day before the sun comes up when we roll out of bed and begin scratch-making, hand-battering, and honey-butter-drizzling like there’s no tomorrow.

It would be difficult to track a timeline showing us being established every day for the past 60-something years. Below, however, is a traditional one that tells the story.

We are hard at work, and we welcome your help in writing the next chapter.
