The elegant decor of the former barn, which overlooks the lake. …. The chef Jean-Michel Salcedo has left his impression on the restaurant Des Jardins Sothys, by adding an element of originality to the Correze region.

The restaurant serves the aroma of a well-controlled and fragrant cuisine that is influenced by the vegetables in the landscape. 

At 14 years old, Jean-Michel enrolled at the Hotel School in Carcassonne to realize his dreams, and also to fulfill his love for cooking that his Catalan grandmother had passed down to him.

Jean-Michel’s food, which is perfumed with modernity and tradition is tied to his Mediterranean origins, as well as his many trips and his time in The West Indies.

In “Aux Jardins” The chef at “Aux Jardins” will serve an excellent menu that is fresh and traditional with a touch of the local and other places.
